Wine Tasting Workshops
Would you like to discover the world of wine: wines from different appellations of France or local wines. Your Vinitour guide will introduce you to the secrets of wine through the tasting workshops held throughout the year.
Local tasting workshops are offered throughout the year, through the discovery of Center-Loire wines (Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé and Pouilly-sur-Loire, Menetou-Salon, Quincy, Reuilly, Coteaux-du-Giennois, Côtes de la Charité).
During these workshops (about 2 hours), after a general presentation of the appellations and the chosen estates, 5 wines will be tasted and commented on by the host or the winegrower. Small anecdotes on wine storage and serving as well as food & wine pairing tips will also be given to you during these workshops, allowing you to better appreciate these wines when you consume them at home.
These workshops will thus allow you to discover the great wine-growing regions of France with their respective grape varieties, as well as to develop, share your senses and put your feelings into words. Enough to spend a pleasant and informative moment around beautiful “cuvées”, while freely discussing in the privacy of a small group.
For who are these workshops :
These workshops are intended for groups from 8 to 15 people, French or English speakers, beginners or wine passionates, looking for an entertaining wine experience, for a birthday, a privat evening, teambuilding activity,Bachelorette party, a seminar….
Where do we hold our wine tasting :
Wine tasting will be held can be organized at your own premises or at the place where you are enjoying your vacation.
We will take care of the wines and if preferred the accompanying local delicacies. The tasting are intended for a group of 8 to 15 people.
We can travel (with a maximum of 30 km from the Charité) to your place of residence to lead a tasting workshop.

Price of the service:
Oenological activity “Discovery of Center-Loire wines”: fixed base of € 400 including tax for a group not exceeding 15 people. For any external intervention (from the Vinitour cellar), kilometer charges will be added at the start of the administrative headquarters of Vinitour, la Charité sur Loire.
Option : Possibility to buy wine on site at the end of the workshop or have it delivered to you:
Those interested in certain wines can order during the wine tasting evening and leave with the wines purchased.
If, on the other hand, you have no room in your luggage and you wish to have wine shipped to you at a later date, do not hesitate to ask for the delivery rates during the wine tasting evening. Vinitour will take care of having your bottles of wine delivered to you at the end of the season.
To do this, Vinitour works with a company specializing in shipping wines and has selected many wines for you that offer the best quality / price ratio. Our quest is to discover and share small hidden “treasures” with more than reasonable prices.
